Yoga Style

Yvonne teaches a dynamic style of Yoga and places great importance on breath awareness and correct alignment in all Yoga postures. This means that each movement is coordinated with the Ujjayi-breath. Great emphasis is also placed on the sequence of the postures and the variation that suits your body. In each lesson there is a focus on a theme. The goal is to develop better awareness for the body, breath and mind and integrate it in your daily life.
